These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Prompt Copilot Web Extension ("Extension") provided by GOD OF PROMPT OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registration number: EE102805158, VAT: EE102805158) ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing the Extension from the Chrome Web Store or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction to use the Extension.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Prompt Copilot is a Web browser extension that enhances your interactions with AI models (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other web-based AI platforms) through:

Prompt Enhancement: Automatically improving and optimizing your prompts for better AI responses
Prompt Autocomplete: Suggesting prompt completions based on your context and patterns
Context Profiles: Creating and managing personalized context profiles for consistent AI interactions

The Extension operates locally in your browser with optional cloud synchronization features for registered users.

3. USE OF THE EXTENSION

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Extension
Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to circumvent any usage limitations or security features
Use automated means to access the Extension beyond normal usage
Interfere with or disrupt the Extension's functionality
Use the Extension to process illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

3.3 User Content and Context Profiles

You retain all rights to your prompts, context profiles, and any content you create using the Extension
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you input into the Extension
We do not claim ownership over your user-generated content
Your context profiles remain your intellectual property

4. FREEMIUM MODEL AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Free Tier

The Extension offers basic functionality at no cost with the following features:

Limited prompt enhancements per day
Basic autocomplete functionality
Local storage of context profiles

4.2 Pro Version

Enhanced features are available through a Pro subscription, including:

Unlimited prompt enhancements
Advanced autocomplete with AI-powered suggestions
Cloud synchronization of context profiles
Priority support

4.3 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
We do not store or have access to your payment card details
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are provided in accordance with EU consumer protection laws

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by GOD OF PROMPT OÜ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to:

Your original prompts and enhanced prompts
Your context profiles and personal configurations
Any content you create using the Extension

5.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions regarding the Extension, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your use of the Extension is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

7.1 AI Model Providers

The Extension enhances prompts sent to third-party AI services. We are not responsible for:

The accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI model responses
The availability or performance of third-party AI services
Any costs incurred from using third-party AI services
The terms and conditions of third-party AI providers

7.2 Browser and Website Compatibility

We strive to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee the Extension will work with:

All versions of Chrome or Chromium-based browsers
All websites or web applications
Future updates to third-party AI platforms

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1 No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of prompt enhancements
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with all systems or websites

8.2 AI Output Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated responses
That enhanced prompts will produce desired results
The appropriateness of AI outputs for any specific purpose

Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk and discretion.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the past 12 months
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOD OF PROMPT OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Extension
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

9. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES

9.1 Extension Updates

We may update the Extension to:

Add new features or functionality
Fix bugs or improve performance
Comply with legal requirements
Enhance security

Updates may be automatic through the Chrome Web Store.

9.2 Terms Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through:

Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. TERMINATION

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse the Extension or attempt to harm other users
Fail to pay subscription fees when due

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

Your license to use the Extension ends
You must cease all use of the Extension
Local data may be deleted upon uninstallation
Cloud-stored data will be retained per our Privacy Policy

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes arising from these Terms:

Legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia

11.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and GOD OF PROMPT OÜ regarding the Extension.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.

12.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or Internet service provider failures.

14. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR SPECIFIC JURISDICTIONS

14.1 European Economic Area (EEA) Residents

You have the right to withdraw from these Terms within 14 days of first use without giving any reason, unless you have fully used the Pro features during this period.

14.2 California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

14.3 Other Jurisdictions

By using the Prompt Copilot Web Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
